Sizing Chart
To measure for a helmet, use a tape measure and measure 1 inch above the eyebrow all around the head, like a headband.  If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string then use a ruler or yard stick to measure the string.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE A RETURN NUMBER. PLEASE EMAIL HELMETSTORE.NET@VERIZON.NET TO OBTAIN YOUR RETURN NUMBER AND RETURN MAILING ADDRESS.
  • Returns and exchanges are permitted, except on custom airbrushed helmets.
  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 7 business days.
  • Exchange and return products must be returned with the original netting and tags still attached.
    • Merchandise must be shipped to us within 7 business days, email helmetstore.net@verizon.net for a return number and correct return address.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and returns.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns Collect shipments will be refused.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed. Exchange orders will be sent out by Regular Service.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to check the status of your return, please email helmetstore.net@verizon.net or call 805 482-0062.

    Important Note: Novelty helmets are NOT DOT approved. HelmetStore.net provides motorcycle helmets to the biker community. Among the fine products offered are novelty helmets. While novelty helmets may seem to afford some protection, be advised that these helmets ARE NOT Department Of Transportation approved for use on a motorcycle or other motorized vehicle, on or off the road, and is only to be used for novelty or display purposes. It is not intended to be used as or considered to be safety equipment. If you get into an accident and suffer an injury while wearing this helmet, or if you get a ticket for wearing a Non-DOT approved helmet, HelmetStore.net assumes no liability whatsoever.

    All novelty helmets come with a quick release strap. DOT approved helmets come with a D-Ring. Helmets that have snaps come with a visor.

    (Custom Orders) We have over 32 different designs that may be put on any style novelty helmet. They are all custom orders and may not be returned. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your custom airbrushed helmet.

    shipping
    We ship UPS & USPS. Most helmets will usually ship within 48 hours. Orders received on the weekend will be processed on Monday . Our shipping rate is an average of $8.95 to 12.95 per helmet. When ordering two or more products they may be shipped together.

    international shipping policy
    A premium of $55.00 will be added to all orders shipped outside the United States per helmet. Some countries may be more and you will be notified of the shipping amount. Email helmetstore.net@verizon.net for any shipping rates. Canadian orders add $30.00 per helmet. You may email for exact shipping on multiple items.
